The rear exit of this property had deteriorating concrete stairs with a heavily rusted frame. The landing and steps were collapsing inward, creating a serious safety hazard that required immediate attention.

Our team performed a full demolition of the damaged structure while preserving the existing handrails, which were still in good condition—helping the client save on capital expenses. We then fabricated and installed a new steel platform, replacing the failing concrete with durable steel landing and stair treads for long-term reliability.

All debris was properly hauled away, and the new structure was finished with a fresh coat of paint for both protection and appearance.
