Canopy Restoration – Building Entrance

The entrance canopy at this senior housing facility was overdue for a refresh. Over time, the structure had lost its original color and sheen, with visible rust in several areas, leaving it looking worn and faded.

Because this is an active building, careful planning was essential. We worked in sections to ensure continuous access for vehicles, allowing residents to be dropped off safely and maintaining clear space for emergency access at all times. Temporary protective curtains were installed to prevent dust and debris from entering the building during the process.

Our team thoroughly prepped all metal surfaces by scraping away rust and imperfections, followed by priming and repainting the canopy to match the property’s bronze finish.

The project was completed smoothly, resulting in a refreshed, polished entrance that enhances the building’s overall appearance while maintaining full functionality throughout the process.
