Senior Housing Mechanical Room Restoration

This senior housing facility required critical improvements in its back-end operations, and we delivered. The mechanical room floor had suffered significant damage due to heavy traffic, with frequent movement of machinery in and out. The client wanted a solution that not only reinforced durability but also enhanced visibility for better maintenance and safety.

Our team thoroughly polished the entire floor and applied two layers of bright yellow epoxy. This high-contrast finish makes it easy to detect any water or oil leaks while providing a long-lasting, resilient surface built to withstand years of heavy use. Additionally, we painted the entire room’s walls, giving the space a fresh, clean look that further enhances visibility and contributes to a well-maintained, professional environment.
