Laundry Room Expansion Project

This laundry room needed additional capacity to accommodate growing demand. To maximize space efficiently, we devised a smart solution—building a second level for the appliances.

Our team constructed a sturdy elevated platform above the existing washers and dryers, effectively doubling the available space. We extended the water lines and drainage systems to support the additional washers, installed new 240V electrical lines for the dryers, and added proper venting to ensure optimal performance and safety.

The result? The facility expanded from 6 to 12 washers and from 4 to 8 dryers, significantly increasing capacity and reducing turnaround times—all while maintaining a cost-effective budget. This strategic upgrade enhances efficiency and ensures a smoother laundry operation for users.
